Deliver more partner work with the team you have.
Monthly reports, campaign updates and specialist deliverables, run the same way for every partner agency. Your team keeps the call on what goes out and in whose name. Your agents do the gathering, sorting and first drafts.
An example of how a white-label agency could set this up. Nothing here is a built-in template.

Finding. Spend held flat while cost per lead fell 12% on the search campaigns.
Recommendation. Move a third of the display budget into search for April.
Every partner runs the same report. Every partner keeps its own context.
Define the monthly partner report once: who exports, who drafts, who checks, what the partner approves. Each partner runs it with its own template, history and decisions. No partner can see another.
Nothing here is built in. Click an owner to change it, click a step to rename it, add one.
Delegate the gathering. Keep the call on what goes out.
Hand the exports and first draft to an agent that already has your reporting tooling. Scope it to one campaign. Your account lead decides what the partner sees, how it is worded and whose name is on it.
- Agents run on your setup. ORCA holds the task and the context.
- A role, a permission list and a campaign boundary. The server checks every request against them.
- Review points live in the workflow. Approval is a workflow step owned by the reviewer. Approve campaign output is off for the agent.
Illustrative. Your agent runs on your own setup. Sharing stays off until the reviewer approves.
Partners approve the plan. They never see your other partners.
The partner gets the report in its own template, the recommended change, and one decision to make. Your other partners, who prepared the draft, and your account lead's edits stay on your side. Try the switches in the workspace.
Never shown to the client: workflow controls, owner assignment, agent permissions and scope. Hidden until you switch them on: who prepared the work, internal review notes.
Common questions.
Short answers about how a white-label agency would run work in ORCA.
Can a partner agency see our other partners?
No. Each partner has its own context in ORCA: its own tasks, files, history and decisions. A partner sees the work you share with it and nothing from any other partner.
Does the partner know an agent prepared the first draft?
Only if you tell them. The partner sees the deliverable your account lead approved and the decision you need. Who prepared it, the review notes and the agent's access stay with your team.
Can the partner pass the report on to its own end client?
Yes. The partner downloads the shared deliverable and uses it with its end clients however it likes. ORCA does not contact the partner's end clients or add anything to the file.
Same product. Same review step. A different service each time.
Pick the one closest to yours and see the workflow, the assignment and the client view shaped for that kind of work.
Start with one partner. Build from there.
Run the monthly report for one partner agency with your team, refine it, then hand the gathering to an agent when you are ready.
