Deliver more strategy work with the team you have.
Research, positioning and strategy documents, run the same way for every engagement. Your team keeps the thinking. Your agents do the sorting, summarising and first drafts.
An example of how a strategy consultancy could set this up. Nothing here is a built-in template.
Your team
Runs the interviews
Your agent
Groups the themes, outside ORCA
Strategy director
Shapes the summary
Your client
Chooses the workshop focus
Finding. Three themes come up in most of the nine interviews.
Recommendation. Take the gap between leadership and sales into the positioning workshop first.
Every engagement runs the same phases. Every client keeps its own thinking.
Define the brand strategy engagement once: research, findings, positioning, workshop, strategy document. Who prepares each phase, who reviews it, what the client decides. Each engagement runs it with its own interviews, findings and decisions.
Nothing here is built in. Click an owner to change it, click a step to rename it, add one.
Delegate the summarising. Keep the thinking.
Hand the transcripts to an agent that already runs in your own setup. Scope it to one campaign. Your strategy director decides which themes matter and what the client sees.
- Agents run on your setup. ORCA holds the task and the context.
- A role, a permission list and a campaign boundary. The server checks every request against them.
- Review points live in the workflow. Approval is a workflow step owned by the reviewer. Approve campaign output is off for the agent.
- Leadership and sales describe the brand differently
- Price is the default answer to "why us"
- Customers value the service team, not the product
Illustrative. Your agent runs on your own setup. Sharing stays off until the reviewer approves.
Clients choose the focus. They never see the transcripts.
The client gets the themes, the recommended focus, and one decision to make. The raw transcripts, who grouped them, and your strategy director's edits stay on your side. Try the switches in the workspace.
Never shown to the client: workflow controls, owner assignment, agent permissions and scope. Hidden until you switch them on: who prepared the work, internal review notes.
Common questions.
Short answers about how a strategy consultancy would run work in ORCA.
Does ORCA run the interviews or the workshops?
No. Your team runs the research and the room. ORCA holds the task, the transcripts, the summary and the review step, and shows the client what you choose to share.
We deliver a few large documents, not monthly work. Does that fit?
Yes. A workflow can be five phases over three months as easily as one task a month. Each phase ends with a shared deliverable and one client decision, and the next phase starts with that decision on record.
Who decides what the client sees?
Your consultancy. By default the client sees the themes, the recommended focus and the decision you need. The transcripts, internal edits and agent details stay with your team.
Same product. Same review step. A different service each time.
Pick the one closest to yours and see the workflow, the assignment and the client view shaped for that kind of work.
Start with one engagement. Build from there.
Run the research phase for one client with your team, refine it, then hand the summarising to an agent when you are ready.
